The good news is because anxiety is interdependent, parents have the power to end some of the behaviors that increase anxiety over time.
In the SPACE Course, you will learn these three pillars to help stop your child's anxiety cycles by increasing healthy, supportive behavior.
Increase Support
SPACE defines support as:
Acceptance + Confidence = Support
This helps your child recognize that it is safe to confront their anxiety.
Decrease Accommodations
Short term benefits = long term anxiety. By decreasing safety behaviors as you increase support, you'll decrease anxiety over the long term.
Rally Supporters
Talk to other supportive figures in your child's life, and get them on board so that your child has consistent support from role models.

SPACE is the program I wish I had when my son started having anxiety. These techniques have been a game changer for my family, and I know it will help yours too. I designed this course to help other parents change what is within their control, so they can help their children through their anxiety in a way that will prevent the development of long-term anxiety.
SPACE does NOT require any level of participation from your child. It is not about fixing them, or changing them. Throughout this program, you'll learn how to communicate in a way that your child is able to receive so that you can build a supportive environment.
