Helping your anxious child starts with learning how to communicate with them in a way they’ll understand.

We'll only send information and updates on new SPACE resources.

How many times have you thought to yourself:

"It seems like we have tried everything to relieve their anxiety and it continues to get worse, or else it just shows up in a different way."

"We get frustrated at times with our child because their anxiety doesn't seem to make any sense."

"We feel powerless to help our child deal with the discomfort that their anxiety is causing them."

"We feel like their anxiety has gotten out of control, and don't understand how to help."

"It can be devastating to see how uncomfortable our child is and not be able to protect or help them."

Unlike other treatments,

SPACE focuses on changing parent behavior rather than directly changing their child’s behavior.

Most parents of children diagnosed with anxiety disorders know that it can be really difficult to get children to follow through with strategies that are meant to help them. SPACE provides an answer for parents and caregivers that doesn’t require their child to be a part of the treatment.

Research has found it to be as effective as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) treatments in decreasing anxiety in children and teens.

Getting Started with SPACE

SPACE is delivered both individually and through workshops that are held online or in-person, as well as through an on-demand course. There are limited opportunities for this treatment in South Carolina due to there being limited providers trained in this model. If SPACE sounds like it may be the next best step for your family, sign up to receive access to my free SPACE webinar to get more information today.
