Struggling with the daily mental (over)load? You’re in the right place.
Fair Play Coaching
Introducing:
Fair Play is the answer to preventing arguments while building a teamwork approach in your marriage, especially for expecting and new parents. If running your household feels like a full time job with no benefits, if you’re having conversations of what life will be like after the baby comes, or if you feel like you just can’t do anything right at home, I’m glad you’re here.
Fair Play Coaching is not about being right or wrong.
Fair Play values time equally, and assists in fairly sharing the daily tasks that can easily cause burnout.
This is especially beneficial for new parents & expecting parents, as well as partners in any stage.
Maybe you’ve experienced:
- Overwhelm just thinking about everything that needs to be done on a daily basis
- Sadness or the feeling of being alone when your partner doesn’t take interest or doesn’t partake in daily tasks with you
- Frustration over feeling like you’re doing everything and still being asked to do more
Or, you’ve heard the following:
- You never help me with [insert daily household task]
- Just make me a list
- Fine, I’ll do it myself!
- Why can’t you just help me with this one thing
- I do this all the time, I’m not asking for a lot
And if you are new or expecting parents,
disagreements you had pre-baby are magnified once lack of sleep and new stressors enter the chat.

    Here’s why Fair Play works
Time is valued equally, regardless of task. Fair Play addresses the unseen tasks, like deciding on dinner recipes for the week, and distributes them evenly through positive communication.
So, how do you get started?
Welcome to Fair Play Coaching
I am so excited to introduce this new coaching program to you. I’ve been in the mental health field since 2011, have operated my private practice since 2017, and have focused on working with couples since then. As a Certified Fair Play Facilitator, I am so excited to introduce this coaching program to couples and new parents.
The Fair Play Method was designed by Eve Rodsky and introduces a new way for couples to create teamwork-minded habits that eliminate recurring arguments by valuing time equally, regardless of the task. These intensives provide a structured, guided space to apply the Fair Play Method in real time, helping couples turn insight into lasting change.
While this program can help partners at any stage, this is especially important for new and expecting parents. Fair Play is not about keeping score or identifying right versus wrong. It is about working together to create a happy home, lowering stress and overwhelm, and strengthening your marriage.
Your relationship is not defined by the roles you share, but your commitment to your team of two.
It’s important to know:
This is not counseling.
This is a coaching program designed to teach you have to effectively communicate with each other.
Both parties must be on board.
In order for Fair Play to work, both individuals must be open to learning a new style of teamwork.
Blame has no place here.
Fair Play Coaching does not point fingers to the problem–it provides solutions that teach new teamwork strategies.
Fair Play is intensive coaching for parents and couples.
